123Hand Terms of Use

Effective August 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of the 123Hand iPhone app, published by 123division ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. 123Hand is free; there are no purchases or subscriptions.

What 123Hand is — and isn't

123Hand uses your iPhone's camera and LiDAR sensor to capture a hand and build a 3D mesh from which a volume estimate can be derived. It is a measurement tool for athletes, coaches and researchers. It is not a medical device and gives no health, medical or diagnostic advice. Results depend on scanning conditions and device hardware; treat them as estimates.

Your content

Scans, images and meshes you create belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for them and for anyone you choose to share them with. Scan other people's hands only with their permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app unlawfully, try to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it in a way that could harm others.

Device requirements

123Hand requires an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor running iOS 17 or later. On unsupported devices the app explains this and cannot scan.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or withdraw the app at any time. Because your data lives on your device, withdrawing the app does not delete your files.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 123division is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its measurements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
